About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
- Collaborate with business analysis and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product experience and visuals.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Identify and resolve UX issues.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Producing high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.
- Adhere to style standards on font, colour, and image style guidelines.
- Collaborating effectively with the business analysis, engineering, and management teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for end users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- 5- 7 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
