About the role
- Assist the engineering team leader in developing engineering procedures and controls.
- Independently apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, oversee, and evaluate weapons system development and sustainment activities.
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Serve as a liaison with Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) and other DoD projects in support of current and future MQ-9 mission requirements.
- Provide advisory and draft documentation assistance for the development of briefings and reports required to update program leadership on progress.
Requirements
- Master of Sciences (MS) degree in an engineering field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, OR, Bachelors of Science (BS) degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed.
- Of those, 5 must be in the DoD.
- Security Clearance Required: Secret
- Education: Engineering Degree
