About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting and executing strategic HR initiatives across the region
  • Collaborating with HR Heads to define project scope and manage timelines
  • Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and change management
  • Supporting regional localization initiatives, with a focus on KSA
  • Tracking and consolidating localization metrics and related KPIs
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
  • Coordinating execution of regional learning and development initiatives
  • Generating insights and data collection for HR Heads
  • Supporting Employee engagement initiatives and communications
  • Acting as a regional point of coordination for cross country HR initiatives
  • Supporting regional workforce localization planning through data analysis
  • Supporting data and reporting for succession planning and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years experience in Human resources
  • Strong HR project management and regional coordination experience
  • Data analytics and stakeholder management
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Languages: English and Arabic
  • Strong understanding of localizations laws in the region and regional HR operational procedures
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization
  • Cultural awareness across GCC region
  • Attention to detail and strong influencing skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
