About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting and executing strategic HR initiatives across the region
- Collaborating with HR Heads to define project scope and manage timelines
- Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and change management
- Supporting regional localization initiatives, with a focus on KSA
- Tracking and consolidating localization metrics and related KPIs
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
- Coordinating execution of regional learning and development initiatives
- Generating insights and data collection for HR Heads
- Supporting Employee engagement initiatives and communications
- Acting as a regional point of coordination for cross country HR initiatives
- Supporting regional workforce localization planning through data analysis
- Supporting data and reporting for succession planning and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years experience in Human resources
- Strong HR project management and regional coordination experience
- Data analytics and stakeholder management
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Languages: English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of localizations laws in the region and regional HR operational procedures
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization
- Cultural awareness across GCC region
- Attention to detail and strong influencing skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Resource management skills
- Strong ownership mindset
