About the role

  • Lead complex SAP S/4HANA projects with end-to-end responsibility for planning, budgeting, steering, and successful project delivery
  • Manage interdisciplinary project teams and collaborate closely with business units, IT, and external partners
  • Ensure quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness across all project phases
  • Actively develop and apply modern project management methods (e.g., SAP Activate)
  • Provide transparent communication to stakeholders up to management level and perform professional risk and change management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience leading demanding SAP projects, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment
  • Solid project management methodology knowledge (e.g., SAP Activate, PRINCE2, PMP/IPMA) and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills — you bring teams and stakeholders together confidently
  • High degree of personal responsibility, decisiveness, and enthusiasm for driving projects forward
  • Very good German and English skills and a confident presence at management level
