About the role
- Define and implement Sully.ai’s KSA go-to-market strategy to drive rapid adoption and growth.
- Oversee all local operations (sales, partnerships, customer success, finance, HR).
- Own full P&L responsibility and optimize expenses while driving aggressive revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, regulators, and key partners.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a senior general management, country head, or regional leadership role.
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses, ideally in the Middle East.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Bilingual proficiency: English (required), Arabic (strongly preferred).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
