About the role
- Own the architecture and delivery of Sully.ai’s frontend applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces.

- Optimize load times and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with mastery of React (or equivalent modern framework).
- Proven track record of building and scaling production-grade applications with high usage.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, state management, and modern frontend tooling.
- Deep understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Experience collaborating with designers and backend engineers in fast-paced environments.
