About the role Own Sully.ai’s technical pre-sales process, focusing on designing and maintaining demo environments. Build and maintain demo environments that effectively showcase Sully.ai’s value proposition. Develop customized demo scripts and technical narratives tailored to specific customer needs. Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, answering product and integration questions. Partner with sales reps to drive deal momentum and remove technical roadblocks. Gather customer feedback from demos to inform product and sales strategy. First-month focus: Build initial demo environments and scripts, shadow sales calls, document demo workflows. 90-day OKRs: Deliver 20+ demos, achieve 90%+ positive feedback, establish repeatable playbook for demos and technical Q&A. Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales. Strong technical proficiency with SaaS products, APIs, and system integrations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Proven track record of creating and delivering impactful product demos. Operates independently and thrives in fast-paced environments. (Nice-to-Have) Experience in healthcare tech or EHR systems. (Nice-to-Have) Background in scripting, automation, or building technical proof-of-concepts. (Nice-to-Have) Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and security requirements.
