About the role
- Build and operate a self-hosted voice agent stack for UAE/KSA with strong reliability, compliance, and data residency guarantees.
- Implement enterprise EHR integrations with Epic and Cerner, including HL7/FHIR data flows.
- Ship core features such as registration and scheduling, billing and insurance, and prior authorization.
- Establish rigorous QA and automated testing for nurse triage and other safety-critical workflows.
- Own observability and reliability for voice: implement monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, SLOs and SLIs, incident response, and drive MTTR down.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to ensure a cohesive end-to-end patient experience.
- Start with hands-on customer interactions and help transition routine touchpoints to Sales, Design, and PM as the platform matures.
- Take ownership of specified workstreams (Omar and Nasser), map high-value use cases and call scripts, and stand up a self-hosted prototype for UAE/KSA.
- Launch pilot integrations with Epic or Cerner demonstrating end-to-end patient flows and support high-volume patient interactions with strong quality metrics.
- Deliver 3–5 new sub-agents or features, instrumented for learning and iteration.
