- Sully.ai builds end-to-end AI solutions to automate doctors’ administrative tasks, reduce misdiagnosis, and enhance efficiency.
- Contract-based Recruiting Ops role to overhaul and optimize recruiting systems with potential to extend.
- Own Ashby: Build reporting, dashboards, and workflows that give the team speed and clarity.
- Run Fast: Design processes that move 10x faster than legacy recruiting.
- Optimize Systems: Build repeatable, scalable workflows across sourcing, scheduling, and tracking.
- Deliver Reporting: Deep reporting expertise inside Ashby—pipeline health, source performance, time-to-fill.
- Enable Recruiters: Equip the team with tools and playbooks to execute at speed.
Requirements
- Proven experience setting up, managing, and reporting inside Ashby.
- Operator DNA: Built systems from scratch and fixed broken ones.
- Entrepreneurial Edge: Founder, consultant, or someone who’s made money outside of being an employee.
- Execution Speed: Thrive in fast-moving environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and output.
