About the role
- Oversee daily operations and tactical implementation of control team objectives
- Manage project delivery from scoping to commissioning and delivery
- Track project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Conduct site visits and liaise with customer stakeholders
- Promote S&C’s Grid Master Microgrid Controller and other capabilities with customers
- Champion safe working practices and collaborate on safety policies
- Prepare performance reports and communicate results with leadership
- Support the growth and development of team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the power systems industry
- At least five (5) years of advanced SCADA or microgrid controls exposure
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in operations and/or engineering
- Detailed knowledge of electrical power systems
- Experience with Microgrids, Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) interconnection
- Knowledge of codes and standards including NEC and NESC
- Sound business acumen and analytical skills
