About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Mulesoft or delegate to team members
- Architect, coach, and implement Mulesoft Integrations with Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Databricks, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration errors involving real-time and batch-based workflows in Informatica with Salesforce and Oracle EBS.
- Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce (as needed).
- Design and implement robust, scalable integration points with Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data consistency and high performance.
- Independently and/or collaboratively build solution designs and consult on work breakdown structure for hand-off to other developers and business systems analysts as needed.
- Partner with leadership to facilitate change management and training requirements to standardize Devops activities within the team and assist in onboarding other teams as needed.
- Define, implement, and lead DevOps practices including setting up repos, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), project design process and contribute to backlog grooming and user story creation as appropriate.
- Define standards and document technical designs, integration flows and deployment processes.
- Consult with business stakeholders and teammates on best practice designs and solutions that meet requirements while facilitating sustainable platform architecture aligned with our industry and business strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proficiency in Apex classes and triggers, building Lightning Web Component, and declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules and approval processes and CPQ.
- 5+ years of Mulesoft Implementation and development experience, handling API-led connectivity, API Manager, Runtime Manager and Exchange.
- Integration experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP.
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD, OAuth/SSO and API Security
- Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to automate deployments for Salesforce and MuleSoft
- Experience in environment management and version control, including handling Salesforce sandboxes, MuleSoft runtime fabric or CloudHub deployments, and coordinating release schedules
- Proficiency in DataWeave, RAML, and MuleSoft connectors (especially Salesforce, Oracle, and database connectors).
- Knowledge of API versioning, throttling, and SLA management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
- MuleSoft Certified Developer
