About the role
- Plan and execute a portfolio of high-impact events, including major industry conferences and trade shows(HIMSS, HLTH), Suki-hosted field events, executive roundtables, and virtual programs
- Own end-to-end event management: strategy, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution
- Define event goals and success metrics, and deliver post-event reporting tied to engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
- Manage events related deliverables including pre and post event communications, list management, and more
- Partner closely with Demand Gen to drive event promotion, registration, and conversion across the funnel
- Manage external agencies, production vendors, and venues
- Continuously test and optimize formats, activations, and attendee experiences to improve performance over time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to deliver integrated programs that support growth
- Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting across key platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.)
Requirements
- 5 years of events marketing experience with a focus on demand gen
- Able to manage stakeholders, priorities, and multiple projects
- Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills
- Experienced in managing events related tasks and deadlines
- Well organized with very high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM)
