About the role
- Handle incident responses and support requests submitted via email or portal
- Provide Tier 2 customer support across web and mobile applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to production databases, focusing on optimization and data integrity
- Work cross-functionally with Development, Production, and Implementation teams
- Assist Customer Success team with reporting and tracking issues
Requirements
- Experience managing tickets from end to end
- Proficiency in troubleshooting production databases
- Familiarity with configuration, coding, and performance optimization
- Experience with relational databases such as MongoDB
- Working knowledge of performance monitoring and debugging tools such as Datadog or Sentry
- General knowledge of API requests and responses
- Experience on a Tier 2 IT help desk or similar technical function
