About the role

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, providing clear guidance and training
  • Drive retention and growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Monitor customer health through usage data and feedback
  • Champion the customer voice, gathering insights for product improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer success or full lifecycle account management within the media & entertainment industry or a technical environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Experience developing and executing customized success plans for enterprise customers
  • Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts
  • Strategic thinker with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes
  • Experience communicating with C-level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to have: Experience in post production
  • Nice to have: Experience interacting with channel partners and customers of channel partners
