About the role
- Lead onboarding for new customers, providing clear guidance and training
- Drive retention and growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Monitor customer health through usage data and feedback
- Champion the customer voice, gathering insights for product improvements
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer success or full lifecycle account management within the media & entertainment industry or a technical environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Experience developing and executing customized success plans for enterprise customers
- Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts
- Strategic thinker with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes
- Experience communicating with C-level executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Nice to have: Experience in post production
- Nice to have: Experience interacting with channel partners and customers of channel partners
