Mid-level Media Analyst – Paid & Organic Channels

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute and optimize Suhai's digital acquisition strategy
- Work integrally across paid media and organic channels, with an analytical mindset and a performance focus
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and other media channels
- Manage budget with a focus on efficiency (CPA, ROAS and volume)
- Monitor and optimize creatives, targeting and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to continuously evolve campaigns
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (technical, content and authority)
- Monitor and optimize the brand's presence in search engines and LLMs (GEO)
- Identify organic growth opportunities based on search data and trends
- Ensure best practices for indexing, performance and content
- Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement and scale
- Track acquisition metrics across the funnel
- Propose tests and experiments to improve efficiency and volume
- Work in partnership with CRM, Data and Commercial teams to ensure journey consistency
- Connect acquisition to lead quality and conversion into sales
- Support audience building and remarketing strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
- Experience managing paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical and content)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPC)
- Analytical, data-driven and results-oriented profile
- Ability to execute autonomously with strong organizational skills
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience with content strategies for SEO
- Knowledge of GEO (optimization for LLMs)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience in growth companies or performance-driven environments
