About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and operation of relationship strategies with brokers, customers, and leads at Suhai;
Create and execute communication sequences (nurture campaigns and automation workflows);
Work with database segmentation for targeted campaigns;
Manage the campaign calendar and ensure timely execution;
Monitor CRM metrics (opens, clicks, conversions);
Collaborate with Media, Data, and Commercial teams to align strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;
Interest in or initial experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital communications;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Strong written communication skills;
Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn;
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) — a plus;
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX — a plus;
Experience with email marketing or marketing automation — a plus;
Interest in data analysis and testing — a plus.
