About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and maintenance of products by collecting and organizing technical, regulatory, and market data for use by the product team.
Assist in conducting technical and financial analyses through consolidation of information and preparation of basic reports.
Collaborate in monitoring product performance indicators, updating spreadsheets, dashboards, and control tools.
Contribute to the application of underwriting policies and guidelines under guidance, ensuring correct execution of criteria and procedures.
Provide support in product pricing by entering data and verifying information received from technical areas.
Support the proposal validation process by performing initial checks of documents and information according to predefined criteria.
Assist in regulatory compliance control by updating registrations and records in accordance with internal and external standards.
Organize and maintain the product and technical process document repository, ensuring easy access to information for the team.
Participate in internal meetings by taking minutes and following up on necessary actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities by suggesting operational adjustments identified in daily routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in administrative or technical activities related to products or underwriting.
Academic experience or internship in insurance, actuarial science, statistics, or product management.
Familiarity with office tools and basic data analysis skills.
Work under direct supervision, focused on learning and performing low-complexity tasks.
1 to 2 years of professional experience.
Education: Enrolled in or completed degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Insurance Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Preferred: Extension courses in insurance, product management, service marketing, or data analysis.
