About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the commercial strategy for the B2B Partnerships area.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
Manage and monetize the existing partner portfolio.
Lead negotiations with major accounts and strategic partners.
Structure commercial proposals, business plans, and business models.
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance indicators.
Lead and develop high-performance teams.
Work in partnership with internal teams to implement and scale initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B commercial roles.
Solid track record in strategic partnerships and negotiating with major accounts.
Experience building business plans, business modeling, and pipeline management.
Knowledge of the insurance market, especially affinity channels.
Familiarity with financial products.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
Strong analytical skills and a metrics/results-oriented mindset.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business, Strategy, Sales, or Finance.
