About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure, monitor and improve back-office/operations processes — from risk acceptance through end-to-end claims management.
Manage third-party vendors responsible for underwriting, back office and claims.
Define, monitor and continuously improve KPIs, SLAs, controls, workflows and quality standards.
Lead regular performance meetings to review results, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities.
Ensure alignment between product specifications and operational execution.
Perform technical analysis of residential risks (individual and corporate clients).
Ensure compliance with acceptance rules, internal policies and the company's risk appetite.
Analyze residential claims, assessing cause, coverage, documentation and general conditions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Civil or related), Insurance Management, Economics, Business Process Management or other areas related to operations, risk or service management.
Solid senior experience in insurance operations, preferably in Residential Insurance or Property & Casualty (P&C) lines.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and cleansing, dashboard and report creation, and operational controls.
Familiarity with CRMs and customer relationship platforms.
Experience with workflow and BPM technologies.
Experience with claims management systems (insurance core systems, internal platforms or specialized solutions).
