About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complaints recorded via NPS surveys
Handle complaints from Reclame Aqui
Create survey forms/questionnaires (Customer and Broker)
Monitor survey results and collaborate with business areas
Develop action plans
Conduct Closed Loop Feedback (CLF)
Prepare monitoring reports on results, action plans and CLFs
Monthly presentation of results by MOTs
Ensure surveys are being sent
Monitor respondents' ratings and feedback
Perform Closed Loop Feedbacks for detractor respondents
Present results, offending factors, action plans and status of identified issues/complaints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with market survey tools is desirable and considered an advantage
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
NPS or quality survey course is desirable
Experience with surveys and familiarity with the NPS methodology is a plus
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across business areas
