About the role
- Mediate with partner repair shops, ensuring quality standards, deadlines and cost control.
- Monitor repair shop performance (SLA, customer satisfaction, repair lead times, rework).
- Negotiate commercial terms, lead times and parts availability with suppliers, mediators and distributors.
- Apply established guidelines to ensure smooth parts-supply flow, identifying extended lead times or potential issues.
- Track performance indicators for repair shops and parts supply (claim cycle time, average repair cost, delivery lead time, service level).
- Ensure application of policies, standards and procedures to standardize repair shop operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance Management or related fields;
- Solid knowledge of parts supply and management of automotive repair networks;
- Courses in claims analysis and claims handling/regulation are a plus;
- Experience with systems such as i4pro, Pipefy and Guide is a plus.
