About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own revenue operations across sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance-facing GTM workflows.
- Build systems that help the revenue team operate faster and make better decisions, including agents, workflows, skills, and automations.
- Translate business problems into operational systems across forecasting, account prioritization, renewal tracking, pipeline risk, customer expansion, and sales execution.
- Partner with FP&A and accounting to connect revenue performance, bookings, ARR, retention, cash impact, and planning.
- Create lightweight processes that improve decision-making without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience building with AI tools, agents, workflows, GPTs, skills, and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, CAC, payback, and sales efficiency.
- Experience in RevOps, strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or another highly analytical role.
- Comfort working through ambiguous business problems and turning them into working systems.
- High agency, low ego, and a builder mindset.
