Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own strategic accounts end-to-end.
  • Build and execute value pyramids, value maps, account and opportunity plans.
  • Lead discovery workshops and shape demand.
  • Position ROI-led, platform-based value propositions.
  • Drive complex deals from SRL to Finance Closed.
  • Navigate commercial negotiations.
  • Align across multiple teams for a coordinated GTM approach.
  • Support SCs with Value Maps for demo readiness and POCs.
  • Stay ahead of CRM/CX, ERP, and AI trends.
  • Craft differentiated plays against major competitors.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years quota-carrying B2B tech sales (SaaS/enterprise apps)
  • Strong exposure to CRM/CX, ERP, HCM ecosystems
  • Industry focus on Aged Care, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution
  • Familiarity with ERP and HCM/Workforce Management
  • Ability to map end-to-end customer (CRM/CX) journeys
  • Lead transformation roadmaps and conversations
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP landscape (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Epicor, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build net-new pipeline
  • Build and leverage consulting & SI partnerships
