Key responsibilities & impact

Define, build, and enhance key capabilities across our product portfolio
Help shape modern selling experiences by improving CRM workflows
Apply AI to increase seller productivity
Deliver insights that help managers monitor pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and act on risks and opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go‑To‑Market teams to create intuitive, intelligent products that drive user adoption and business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience, building and delivering commercial, customer‑facing software products
Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains
Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and data‑driven product development
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus
