About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the UK market through outbound telemarketing, email campaigns, social media outreach, and video prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying how our solutions can benefit them.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly outbound prospecting and lead generation targets.
  • Continuously research and analyse the UK market to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Stay current on the SugarCRM products and solutions
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve, optimize lead management
  • Record information and maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience with value-based selling highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in using email, social media platforms (LinkedIn etc.), and video prospecting to engage with key prospects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, determined, and results-oriented
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a self-starter
  • A hunger for a career in sales and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
  • Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria
  • Comfortable learning key software applications
