About the role
- Own day-to-day enablement operations, including: LMS and content management, Sales certifications and onboarding logistics
- Training scheduling and coordination
- Maintain and organize sales enablement assets to ensure easy access and adoption
- Support rollout of sales methodologies, messaging, and tools
- Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to support enablement reporting and analytics
- Lead the development of partner enablement programs and materials
- Create and maintain partner onboarding, training, and certification content
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging
- Act as the primary enablement point of contact for partner stakeholders
- Assist in tracking enablement effectiveness and sales performance impact
- Collect feedback from sellers and partners to iterate on programs
- Support enablement initiatives tied to product launches and GTM motions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting sales teams in a SaaS environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growing environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
