About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the very supportive Fostering Recruitment Team.
- Aim to successfully increase the number of approved foster carers for Norfolk Fostering Service.
- Recruit and assess new applicants and agency foster carers.
- Promote Norfolk Fostering Service within the community.
- Actively get involved in recruitment and assessing new applicants.
- Attend Panel meetings and sometimes deliver preparation training.
- Work efficiently to a high standard.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience.
- Good written and analytical assessment skills.
- Experience of safeguarding and working with children in care.
- Some understanding of issues facing In Care Children.
- Ability to produce and present coramBAAF, Form F, Fostering Assessments to the Norfolk Fostering panel.
- Willingness to deliver preparation training.
