Key responsibilities & impact

Challenge the status quo and generate ideas through insight across Norfolk County Council and externally
Convert ideas into ambitious proposals to formulate strong, evidence based and robust business cases
Build project teams that will drive development and delivery
Initiate handover to business as usual at the optimum time
Provide appropriate challenge and support to senior managers, business and workstream leads
Coach colleagues in business design and change techniques to develop a transformational culture and ethos in Children’s Services
