Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of working with children and families
  • Passion for supporting families to effect sustained change
  • Ability to manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
  • High level of resilience
  • Flexibility and initiative to manage workload and support the wider team
  • Ability to prioritise, adapt practice, and remain calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
