Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience of working with children and families
Passion for supporting families to effect sustained change
Ability to manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
High level of resilience
Flexibility and initiative to manage workload and support the wider team
Ability to prioritise, adapt practice, and remain calm under pressure
Good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases
Effective communication skills at all levels
