Manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
Work in Family Help to support children and families in effecting sustained change
Collaborate with families, their network, and other professionals to create supportive plans
Keep children and young people safe through early intervention
Maintain a strengths-based service with the child at the center
Identify and understand risk and keep this under review throughout the case

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience of working with children and families
Able to manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
High level of resilience
Flexibility and initiative to manage workload and support the wider team
Ability to prioritize and adapt practice
Good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and databases
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
