Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
  • Work in Family Help to support children and families in effecting sustained change
  • Collaborate with families, their network, and other professionals to create supportive plans
  • Keep children and young people safe through early intervention
  • Maintain a strengths-based service with the child at the center
  • Identify and understand risk and keep this under review throughout the case

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of working with children and families
  • Able to manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
  • High level of resilience
  • Flexibility and initiative to manage workload and support the wider team
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt practice
  • Good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
