Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified Education to Degree level and/or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. in social care, health, education, psychology)
  • Evidence of frontline management experience.
  • Experience in managing a team of multi-disciplinary practitioners.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and budget management.
  • Mentoring skills.
