Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Education to Degree level and/or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. in social care, health, education, psychology)
Evidence of frontline management experience.
Experience in managing a team of multi-disciplinary practitioners.
Excellent people management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and budget management.
Mentoring skills.
