About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead on the development and delivery of key social care and health commissioning strategies across Norfolk.
Manage a key element of commissioning activity within the authority and in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Innovate and integrate with regard to system and service design.
Build and maintain relationships with multiple organisations and stakeholders, including people with lived experience.
Play an important role in the strategic commissioning, management and transformation of Norfolk’s Residential and Nursing Care Market, through effective coproduction of commissioning strategies and the design of delivery mechanisms that result in cost-effective, outcome driven services for the people of Norfolk.
