About the role
- Provide management to the staff teams and Senior Practitioners at Supported Accommodation homes
- Ensure appropriate consultation and advice are provided to enable services to meet departmental standards
- Supervise, support and performance manage Senior Practitioners and the staff team
- Support the Team Manager with the ongoing development of the service, using feedback from young people and their families
- Ensure all legislation is met and responsibility for achieving Ofsted standards
Requirements
- Professional experience in residential care, supported accommodation, or child-focused services
- Demonstratable substantial experience relevant to the responsibilities of this role
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- Must hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management or be willing to work towards this within the first two years of employment
- Full driving licence and daily access to a vehicle required.
