Project Manager – Online Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage client relationships, define goals and roadmaps together, and facilitate kick-offs, quarterly reviews and regular status meetings (Jour Fixe).
- You connect stakeholders and maintain regular contact with management, business units, marketing, sales and IT, bringing everyone to the table.
- You design strategies and solutions, make channel-mix decisions (SEO/Content, SEA, Social, CRM, Analytics) and identify growth levers.
- You use AI in everyday work, applying AI-supported research, analyses, content drafts and automations — with a focus on quality and data protection compliance.
- You can also support your team practically and implement measures for some projects yourself — hands-on, structured and with attention to quality, impact and efficiency.
- You are responsible for performance and controlling, producing reports with clear strategic recommendations and next steps.
- You actively shape the PM function and share learnings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, account management or comparably autonomous roles
- Enjoy working in a team
- Understanding of client needs and ability to provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to understand clients’ business models
- Experience in developing and implementing online marketing strategies and campaigns
- Advanced knowledge in at least one online marketing area (e.g., SEO/GEO, SEA, Social, Tracking)
- Motivation to learn the other online marketing disciplines
- Experience using AI tools for online marketing
