About the role

  • Sell **foundation memberships** during pre-sales campaigns for new Success Tutoring centres
  • Drive urgency and excitement leading up to centre openings
  • Consistently hit and exceed pre-sales membership targets
  • Create, refine, and optimise **pre-sales scripts** (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups, objections)
  • Run **training sessions** for centre managers and team members on how to execute successful pre-sales
  • Build repeatable pre-sales frameworks that can be rolled out nationally and internationally
  • Coach and mentor centre teams on:
  • - Selling memberships confidently
  • - Handling objections
  • - Booking appointments and closing sales
  • Provide feedback, role-plays, and performance improvement guidance
  • Lift the overall sales capability of the network

Requirements

  • Proven experience running gym pre-sales campaigns (non-negotiable)
  • Strong track record selling membership-based services
  • Confident closer with excellent communication skills
  • Experience training or coaching others in sales
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Highly Regarded
  • Experience in fitness, education, or franchise businesses
  • Background in launching new locations or businesses
  • Strong leadership presence and motivational energy
