• Performance Coaching: Conduct regular business reviews and operational "health checks," empowering Franchise Partners to elevate their leadership and student outcomes.
• Local Growth Assistance: Assist Franchise Partners in executing hyper-local marketing campaigns and building meaningful partnerships with local schools and community groups.
