About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Sales Manager
- Generate new business for Subsplash through sourcing and identifying organizations that will benefit from Subsplash services
- Build rapport with the gatekeepers
- Connect with decision makers to set up meetings with our Account Executives
- Demonstrate the value that Subsplash can deliver by helping them achieve their goals
- Focus on the best opportunities available to Subsplash to maximize MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
- Generate and qualify new leads for Account Executives
- Fostering relationships with prospects
- Identifying market trends and what success looks like for each organization
- Partnering with them to reach their goals and make more fans of Subsplash
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine enthusiasm for both technology and the communities we serve
- Strong communication skills and an active listening approach
- Resilience and energy in a fast-moving environment
- A coachable mindset and a drive toward humility, innovation, and excellence
- A desire to grow within a sales organization
- Familiarity with church staff roles and dynamics is a plus at any level
- 0–1 years of sales or customer-facing experience if applying as SDR I
- 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience if applying as SDR II
