About the role
- Development of new products and further development of existing products in the area of premium design cookware
- Responsible for projects from the product idea through to market launch
- Coordination of internal stakeholders and external service providers and manufacturing partners
- Creation and monitoring of project plans, schedules and budgets
- Ensuring functionality as well as design and quality standards
- Communicating project status updates and results within the team
- Questioning and optimizing product development processes
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, ideally cookware or household appliances
- Strong sensitivity for product design, quality standards and manufacturing details
- Experience managing external manufacturing service providers
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and different product materials
- Further training and certifications such as IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma are an advantage
- Proactive communication, attention to detail, and a focus on sustainability in implementation
- Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g. Google Workspace, project management tools)
- Fluent German and conversational English
- A passion for cooking and high-quality cookware as well as design-oriented consumer products
