About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review production schedules and related information to determine material requirements and on time delivery
- Create and generate daily production schedule reports
- Monitor receipt of materials prior to scheduled order sequence
- Notify the Production Planner if a contingency plan for late deliveries is required
- Perform related material expeditor duties including transportation and delivering to production work centers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with an MRP system, prefer SAP
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft productivity applications such as Excel
- Ability to read & understand shop drawings
