About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a portfolio of partner agents
- Building and maintaining relationships with agents
- Achieving new student enrolment and profit goals
- Providing market insights for product development
- Development & execution of sales account plans
- Pipeline Management – Applicant Generation and Conversion
- Work alongside product sales and marketing to understand market trends
- Recruiting new agents and on boarding them
- Monitoring competitor activity and enabling greater competitor awareness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native country Speaker & Fluent in English
- Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
- Computer literate
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar to use CRM and data analysis tools like Sales Force, Power BI, etc.
- Familiar with student recruitment in local market
- Must be knowledgeable of market demand and trends
