About the role

  • Play a key role in the North America Brand Marketing Team
  • Coordinate portfolio-wide positioning activities to position the USA as a destination market
  • Partner with Associate Director of Marketing to maximize the commercial potential of university partner brands
  • Create and maintain differentiated value propositions, develop innovative collateral, manage new product launches
  • Deliver and execute a range of marketing activities for university partner brands
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing activities in a complex matrix environment
  • Support destination-focused value proposition and portfolio-wide marketing activities
  • Define and clearly articulate the value proposition for university partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio-wide destination proposition and partner universities’ brands
  • Manage and respond to the changing needs of the University partnerships
  • Lead in portfolio marketing activity and marketing project work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or related field
  • Strong experience in brand management, communication, and media strategy using multiple channels
  • Highly skilled in written and oral communication with fluency in English
  • Expertise in dealing and working with external stakeholders such as partners, agencies, suppliers
  • Experienced in using a range of digital marketing platforms
  • Flexibility and agility to work within tight deadlines, manage priorities, and meet expectations
  • Interest or experience of the higher education sector
  • Brand management
  • Proposition development
  • International marketing experience
  • Experience in tailoring marketing strategies for bespoke purposes
  • Previous work in a multi-channel and matrix organization
