About the role
- Play a key role in the North America Brand Marketing Team
- Coordinate portfolio-wide positioning activities to position the USA as a destination market
- Partner with Associate Director of Marketing to maximize the commercial potential of university partner brands
- Create and maintain differentiated value propositions, develop innovative collateral, manage new product launches
- Deliver and execute a range of marketing activities for university partner brands
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing activities in a complex matrix environment
- Support destination-focused value proposition and portfolio-wide marketing activities
- Define and clearly articulate the value proposition for university partners
- Develop a deep understanding of portfolio-wide destination proposition and partner universities’ brands
- Manage and respond to the changing needs of the University partnerships
- Lead in portfolio marketing activity and marketing project work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or related field
- Strong experience in brand management, communication, and media strategy using multiple channels
- Highly skilled in written and oral communication with fluency in English
- Expertise in dealing and working with external stakeholders such as partners, agencies, suppliers
- Experienced in using a range of digital marketing platforms
- Flexibility and agility to work within tight deadlines, manage priorities, and meet expectations
- Interest or experience of the higher education sector
- Brand management
- Proposition development
- International marketing experience
- Experience in tailoring marketing strategies for bespoke purposes
- Previous work in a multi-channel and matrix organization
