Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of clients – strategically and tactically.
• Build and main positive relationships with clients at various levels.
• Manage and engage with the client in a timely well managed roadmap of work.
• Be the first point of contact to gather accurate and complete requirements for tasks.
• Conduct ongoing meetings with clients to go over the status of all activities.
• Funnel all agreed work for the StudioForty9 team via clearly articulated tickets.
• Work closely with internal teams on the execution of agreed work.
• Following up with team members to make sure support requests and queries are being followed up/actioned/closed.
• Be the first point of contact for an initial diagnosis or troubleshooting of a client issue to ensure enough information has been gathered for the relevant internal teams to resolve the issue.
• Build and document knowledge of the client’s business and maintain documented records of client discussions.
• Actively contribute to ensuring financial targets are reached.
• Managing the ongoing invoicing and budgets for your clients.
