About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with global employee travel management, including but not limited to flights, hotels, visa arrangements, and other related matters.
  • Reconcile and process travel expenses monthly, ensuring timely handling of invoices and payment requests.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock of office equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and provide support to various departments.
  • Assist in organizing internal company meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, annual events, and other activities.
  • Provide logistical support, including catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, with front desk, travel and administration experience.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, team player, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
