About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with Stryker Medical Account Managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Manage capital order entry, scheduling, and orders from conversion through customer delivery
  • Provide prompt, quality service and support to 2–3 sales regions
  • Handle order entry, converting, date matching, expedites, temporary requests, weld warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting order inquiries
  • Communicate with sales representatives, regional managers, and internal teams including IBP, Schedulers, Accounts Receivable, Service Parts, and Marketing
  • Answer incoming Account Manager calls and emails
  • Relay customer and sales-force communications to internal teams regarding order management and scheduled delivery dates for capital equipment
  • Follow standardized order-entry processes to ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain records according to Stryker specifications
  • Follow company, departmental, and regulatory procedures and record productivity issues
  • Build relationships and foster teamwork with colleagues, leadership, and other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2)+ years of related work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Ability to work in-office Monday through Wednesday
  • Ability to manage order entry, scheduling, and order management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with sales representatives, regional managers, customers, and internal departments
  • Ability to follow standardized processes and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to comply with company, departmental, and regulatory procedures
