About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Stryker's Early Intervention/Primary Knee Portfolio within the Knee Business Unit
- Leverage business and market analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and generate portfolio insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pre-commercialization plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch initiatives
- Support presentations to business leaders, sales teams, and customers
- Analyze market positioning and competitor strengths
- Gather and apply market research to decision-making
- Research product, service, marketing literature, markets, opportunities, and segments
- Support new product development and commercialization planning
- Contribute to product branding and value proposition evidence development
- Understand customer segments and sales forecasting concepts
- Support product lifecycle management planning
- Research internal and external pricing data sources
- Locate market data, planning tools, and expert resources for marketing strategy analysis
- Identify business performance trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0+ years of work experience required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI and SQL
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to apply judgement based on practice and previous experience
- MBA preferred

- Annual salary range of $59,900–$83,300 USD or $71,900–$100,000 USD, depending on U.S. work location
