About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advance SSS business unit must-wins and priority business initiatives
  • Conduct discovery through business forums, including EDRs and IDPs, to identify workflow friction, business needs, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and decisions
  • Translate ambiguous or complex needs into problem statements, options, tradeoffs, and recommended next steps
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business units, divisions, enterprise teams, PMO, functional owners, technical teams, and execution teams
  • Maintain visibility into initiatives supporting defined business unit priorities
  • Lead or support operating rhythms with enabling functions to review priorities, gaps, dependencies, and acceleration opportunities
  • Connect business leaders and functional teams with appropriate partners, forums, decision-makers, enterprise resources, and leadership decision materials
  • Partner with EDT, AI COE, HR, functional leaders, subject-matter experts, and business users to identify AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities
  • Facilitate prioritization of use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, readiness, scalability, and workflow impact
  • Redesign workflows to embed approved AI tools and emerging capabilities through pilots, adoption playbooks, reusable workflow patterns, and practical examples
  • Promote responsible adoption of new ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • Hands-on experience in business transformation, process improvement, project/program management, Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, change management, AI enablement, or workflow redesign
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, project/program management, process improvement, strategy execution, or cross-functional business support
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear options, actions, decision materials, ownership paths, and measurable progress
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment, including stakeholder alignment, facilitation, and leadership communication
  • Curiosity and early-adoption mindset around AI, automation, digital tools, or emerging technologies
  • Ability to identify workflow friction and connect it to practical AI-enabled or technology-enabled improvements
  • Comfort experimenting with approved tools and translating learning into responsible, usable business practices
  • Preferred: experience in medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, sustainability solutions, or regulated environments
  • Preferred: experience supporting business transformation in a business unit, division, or enterprise setting
  • Preferred: exposure to AI enablement, digital transformation, process automation, workflow redesign, change adoption, operating rhythms, portfolio reviews, stakeholder engagement models, or executive decision materials
  • Master’s degree preferred
