  • Deliver business and marketing objectives and lead pre-commercialization discovery
  • Plan new product development and launch strategies
  • Partner with Clinical Affairs on evidence-generation research objectives
  • Partner with Product Marketing on publication and messaging strategy
  • Analyze customer acquisition and retention economics
  • Identify customer segments, market potential, new volume sources, and financial tradeoffs
  • Lead sales tools and channel communication development
  • Understand and predict market sales trends
  • Research forecasting factors, measurements, and variables
  • Execute product lifecycle management plans
  • Develop supply-chain interruption contingency plans
  • Create and communicate value propositions
  • Develop pricing aligned with marketing strategy and brand positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of work experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of medical device experience preferred
  • New product development or marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to work 3–4 days per week in the Kalamazoo, Michigan office
  • Ability to travel 40%
