About the role

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospitals and surgical teams across your territory.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with surgeons and operating room staff to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent Stryker at industry events and meetings, staying connected to market trends and opportunities.
  • Manage your business with accountability, ensuring product availability and supporting critical surgical cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory
  • Strong commercial mindset and motivation to achieve results
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or healthcare/MedTech environments (preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (preferred)
