About the role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospitals and surgical teams across your territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
- Partner with surgeons and operating room staff to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent Stryker at industry events and meetings, staying connected to market trends and opportunities.
- Manage your business with accountability, ensuring product availability and supporting critical surgical cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory
- Strong commercial mindset and motivation to achieve results
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or healthcare/MedTech environments (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (preferred)
