About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pitch innovative capital products which deliver measurable economic benefit to hospitals while aligning with their sustainability goals
  • Engage a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical buyers to build long-term strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to support pricing strategies and high-level negotiations
  • Systematically track progress within your territory and accurately forecast sales
  • Proactively communicate insights to drive continuous improvement and exceed performance targets
  • Educate and support surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of our devices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in sciences / business based subject or equivalent experience
  • Proven successful sales experience
  • Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win
  • Somebody aligned to our Values - Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, ideally a knowledge of the NHS / Private medical sector
  • A full valid UK driver’s license
  • Proven success in medical device sales would be advantageous
  • Experience in medical devices within spine or pain management would be advantageous
