About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the continuous improvement of hybrid market operations by partnering with commercial, planning, asset management, order management, and logistics teams.
- Manage operational relationships with third-party logistics providers, driving service level performance, issue resolution, and process compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock allocation, and order fulfillment activities to improve product availability and working capital utilization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance reviews to track key operational and logistics performance indicators.
- Analyze operational data and identify root causes of recurring issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Support forecasting and ordering processes by improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
- Participate in inventory audits and controls with logistics partners to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
- Contribute to systems, digital tools, and business process implementation projects by providing operational and data expertise.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing third-party logistics providers in a commercial environment.
- Experience working across end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash processes
- Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment
- Candidates must possess relevant experience within the UAE and/or KSA markets.
- Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
